This page explains how to delete your M2X (Machine to Exchange) account and what happens to your data. These instructions apply to the M2X website and the M2X mobile app.
How to delete your account (in the app or website)
- Open the M2X app or go to m2x.co.in and sign in.
- Go to Account / Profile (Dashboard → Profile).
- Open Delete Account.
- Confirm by entering your password, then submit the deletion request.

How to request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email noreply@m2x.co.in from the email address registered with M2X.
Subject line: M2X Account Deletion Request
Include: your full name, registered email/mobile, and a short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Account profile details (name, email, mobile, password credentials)
- Favourites and saved searches
- Enquiries and offers linked to your account
- Chat conversations and messages associated with your account (where technically feasible)
- Your listings that are not required for legal or fraud-prevention records
What data may be retained (and for how long)
- Transaction / dispute / fraud records: up to 90 days (or longer if required by law)
- Legal / tax / accounting records: as required by applicable law
- Anonymized analytics: may be retained without identifying you
After retention periods end, remaining personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Request deletion of some data without closing your account
You may request correction or deletion of specific personal data (for example profile fields or certain listings) without deleting your whole account by emailing noreply@m2x.co.in with the subject M2X Partial Data Deletion Request.
